  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
  • The courier tracking/CN number must be visible in the video.
  • The product and packaging must be clearly visible during unboxing.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Claims Accepted For

Refunds or exchanges may be approved in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received.
  • Damaged product received.
  • Defective or non-working product received.
  • Missing item(s) from the package.

Claims Not Accepted For

The following cases are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange:

  • Change of mind.
  • Product no longer needed.
  • Customer ordered the wrong item.
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video.
  • Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  2. Provide your Order Number.
  3. Provide a complete unboxing video.
  4. Provide clear photos if requested.
  5. Provide a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, courier service, and product category.
